Where We Ship

Online checkout is currently available for addresses in the United States. Standard shipping is free across the United States.

Toronto, Canada

We plan to offer paid delivery to eligible Toronto postal codes. Toronto checkout is not yet active while postal-code delivery rules are being configured. We do not currently ship to other Canadian locations.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Estimated delivery for U.S. standard shipping is 7–10 business days after your order ships. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

Delays

Weather, carrier disruptions, peak seasons, and other circumstances outside our control may delay delivery. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will help investigate.

Shipping Address

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, email us with your order number and relevant photos or tracking information so we can assist.
